First Street Village Groundbreaking Ceremony

CAMERATTA PROPERTIES BREAKS NEW GROUND WITH ITS $150 MILLION FIRST STREET VILLAGE MIXED-USE COMMUNITY

FORT MYERS, Fl. - Once a lackluster, diminished town - Fort Myers, Fl., is now on the verge of a new era. Cameratta Properties L.P. of Cleveland, with offices in Fort Myers, has broken new ground with its High Point Place and First Street Village projects.

The grand vision of southwest Florida is now becoming a reality as the First Street Village groundbreaking marks the future for Fort Myers' River District. First Street Village is the newest mixed-use community in Fort Myers. It will bring a mix of office, retail and residential space unlike any other single community in southwest Florida.

The groundbreaking event will be held from 2-3 pm on Nov. 1 at the First Street Village site, located at 2164 West First Street, on the corner of McGregor Blvd and Altamont Ave.

Special guests and presenters will include:

  • The Honorable Jim Humphrey, Mayor of Fort Myers
  • Don Paight, executive director of the Fort Myers Redevelopment Agency
  • Dr. Hank Fishkind, professor and acclaimed expert in economic and financial forecasting
  • Members of the Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce
