HIGH POINT PLACE ENHANCES AREAS OF BUILDINGS

FORT MYERS, Fla. (August 2008) – High Point Place has recently been making renovations to the property, both inside and out.

New landscaping has been added on West First Street, up the main drive and around the front door entrances. This custom landscaping continues throughout the third floor pool deck up thru the fourth floor sundeck terrace.

“We have significantly updated the landscaping and the common interior spaces,” said Nick Cameratta, vice president of construction for Cameratta Properties, developer of High Point Place. “Our residents and visitors, as well as people passing by, will be drawn to the new renovations. It is our core philosophy to ensure our residents and potential residents have top-notch facilities.”

On the interior, the fitness center is being expanded to that of three times its current size. This will allow for additional equipment, such as: cardio machines, free weights and stretching areas.  All new commercial grade cardio equipment with integrated personal viewing T.V. screens are a part of the developers plan to bring cutting edge video and audio technology to the fitness center.

Another feature that was added is more areas to lay-out and bask in the sun and some hardscaped areas with hammocks.
