In 2005, Cameratta Properties entered an agreement to purchase 5,700 acre ranch in DeSoto County, Florida known as the 2 x 4 Ranch.  Located south of Arcadia along two miles of State Road 31 frontage, the nine square mile ranch includes a Orange Grove with both Hamlin and Valencia trees, cattle and sod operations.
